Living up to its common name, thousand-flowered aster explodes into bloom in late summer, producing tons of white flowers. Naturally found in wet prairies and meadows, marshes, and along the edge of ponds and streams. Grows easily in wet to moist soils in full sun or part shade and spreads slowly via creeping rhizomes.
